I feel relationships are of the utmost importance and therefore it needs to be a concerted effort of many, to get the “deal” done. I have worked very hard to develop relationships which consist of other agents, brokerages, lending companies, and closing companies. For me, the old adage remains true when working with others, “You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.” Some people may feel that an “upity” attitude is required to represent the high end clients in the resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek, I have not found this to be true. The Realtor you hire needs to be intelligent, knowledgeable and at the same time, APPROACHABLE. Your needs as a buyer and seller will always be my utmost priority when you hire me as your Realtor. You might be asking, “Why is she talking about relationships?”. You see, this is one of my biggest secrets in getting everyone to the closing table in a timely manner and with smiling faces. YES, I said smiling faces!
